EDP is proud to announce that it is one of the founding members of the Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Consultants Association (AHCA).
With EDP’s Managing Director, John Batty, as AHCA secretary and state manager and Fraser Elder as the treasurer, EDP looks forward to contributing to the association directly with the aim to improve and drive best practice in the industry.
AHCA is an association for industry professionals that seeks to drive and encourage best practice through consultation and knowledge sharing. To date, it has been invited to form working groups with the New South Wales Environment Protection Authority, SafeWork NSW and the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA) to discuss and provide guidance on issues encountered in the industry.
