Ryan has over 12 years of experience in the management of both contaminated land and environmental investigations, and specialist multi-disciplinary projects in Australia. He has directed, managed and been a technical contributor to numerous environmental assessment and remediation projects, involving risk-based site characterisation to guide management decisions for contaminated land, conceptual model development to evaluate contaminant transport and exposure pathways.
Ryan has applied these services to a broad range of client sectors including manufacturing, land development, mining, waste management, transportation, defence and local government. His experience also includes a large number of projects under statutory site audit, and technical representation of clients in regulatory negotiations, merger and acquisition and litigation.
Ryan currently directs and oversees the tendering, project design and delivery for a variety of services and industries, including contaminated land assessment and remediation (PSI, DSI, Risk Assessment, RAP, Validation, EMP), waste classification, groundwater assessment, PFAS assessment, acid sulfate soil assessments and management, effluent and organic waste beneficial reuse assessments, general environmental compliance and catchment water quality monitoring programs.
